Join me on an epic Journey from Thailand to Uzbekistan and back, along the ancient Tea-Horse and Silk Roads

Sometimes back in 2020, a group of adventure motorcyclists based in Chiang Mai, Thaialnd envisioned a road trip on motorcycles from Chiang Mai to Garmisch Patenkirchen in Germany. Well, five years later, after countries opened again the borders, I planned to join my friends on that epic journey, only to get stalled at the very first day with a speed sensor fault, which rendered the bike utterly useless. However, being me, it was also the first day I started planning the same trip one year later in 2026, this year. However, due to the fact, it will be a solo trip (and I just passed my 70th birthday), I changed plans a bit to make it more fesable as a solo rider and instead of going all the way to Germany and shipping the bike back, I will travel along all the cultural and natural highlights until Khiva in Eastern Uzbekistan and then turn around to drive the bike back to Thailand. That way, I will have plenty of time to set my own pace and make the best out of it.
